Service Description

This class uses your body weight, light dumbbells, and resistance bands to tone and strengthen certain areas of the body. The up-beat music keeps you motivated and the instructor keeps you going and getting stronger each week. You will leave this class feeling so good! If you have your own mat, you may bring it. If not, don't worry, we have some here!
